The 26th edition: again the experience of the 2006: 3 days by bike!
Organized by the Sports Group "Ciclismo Buttrio", taking advantage of the italian holiday of 2th June, brings cyclists to a new resort on the Istrian coast: CRIKVENICA.
To get there, in the first stage, cyclists must cross the "carso triestino" to reach the pass of Pese.
Then they cross the Slovenija, and through the mountain pass of Starod enter in Croatia.
At the end, traveling near the city of Rijeka they finish the race in CRIKVENICA.
The second stage, with optional participation, leads cyclists on the internal roads. It's a short step that will give way to enjoy beautiful places.
The third stage still cross the Istria to fall in Friuli
In this way we want to strengthen the spirit of this "Gran Fondo del Friuli". This event doesn’t provide competitive spirit and it’s addressed in particular to cyclists, who love cycling in group, to set pace, with the possibility to admire landscapes, discover cultures and traditions of different people.Click for details
